All channels were <br />stable and no signs of cutting or erosion were observed. <br />The sediment pond on site was reclaimed in 2014. <br /> <br />Sediment pond reclamation. <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />Areas reclaimed in fall 2014 has noticeable vegetative cover. Vegetation continues to be extremely successful <br />throughout the site. <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br />Mine identification signs are located at the mine site’s entrance. All information for compliance was located on the <br />sign. <br /> <br />Disturbance boundary markers were found along the site. The makers are red painted rebar. <br /> <br />Stream buffer zone markers were located along the channel across from the mine waste pile. <br /> <br />TOPSOIL – Rule 4.06 <br />Removal 4.06.2; Substitute Materials 4.06.4(4); Storage and Protection 4.06.3; Redistribution 4.06.4: <br />There are no remaining topsoil piles on site. The last topsoil was used during the reclamation of the sediment pod. <br />The foot print of the pile was reclaimed in 2014.
