The embankment was stable and vegetated. The primary spillway <br />was clear and functional. <br /> <br />Pond 002 was discharging. <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br />The mine is currently idle and the portals are sealed. However, PSCM is hauling coal from the upper coal <br />stockpile to the Foidel Creek Mine facilities to be processed. PSCM has completed hauling coal from the lo wer <br />bench. <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />The following maintenance issues were noted during previous Division inspections. Below is a discussion of the <br />items and an update on their current status. <br />a. Pond 004 was observed. During the Division’s May 2016 inspection, it was observed that water <br />was discharging from an old culvert spillway that was decommissioned back in 2005. According
