The Ground <br />Control Plan dated January 25, 2016, consists of a cover letter, a Representative of <br />Miners acknowledgment letter, eight pages of text, one figure, three cross-sections, <br />and one Ground Control Map received on July 22, 2016, updating the mining areas. <br />The filing of this plan supersedes the plan filed on March 19, 2012. <br />A copy of the following geotechnical studies, which were used in the analysis of the <br />referenced ground control plan, must be available at the mine site for review: <br />Geotechnical Assessment of the K -Pit Mine Plan Trapper Mine Colorado <br />53 pages, by Agapito Associates, Inc., dated April 2009. <br />Revised K -Pit Buttress Fill Stability Analysis and RecornmenclationliLaRper <br />Mine, Colorado 27 pages, by Agapito Associates, Inc., dated February 2010. <br />Response to MSHA Requests from lune 3 2010 Meetin$4 20 pages, by Agapito <br />Associates, Inc., dated Julv 23, 2010, <br />A copy of this plan must be made available to the miners and must be reviewed with all <br />persons affected by this plan. <br />
