MANAGEMENT
On behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC (BRL) enclosed is an application for a technical revision to
expand Pond J to the West. Currently, BRL is approved to expand Pond J to the East, but it was
recently determined that logistically, expanding to the West is a preferable option.
The following changes are part of this revision application;
,F. On Maps 15-3, 21-3, 20 and 22 the expanded Pond J/Stockpile configurations were
incorporated.
4. A boundary revision has been made to the disturbed area boundary as shown on Map -
32. No actual new disturbance is created with this revision, the disturbed area
boundary is simply a map update to incorporate an area into the disturbance that is
already disturbed. The updated disturbed area is 0.23 acres.
# In addition to the boundary change, on Map -32, the location of Topsoil Stockpile "F1"
was updated to the current on the ground configuration.
4 The disturbed area boundary was updated on Map -18.
No changes were made to the Probably Hydrologic Consequences section of Volume XI.
A reclamation estimate is not included because the west expansion is nearly the same size as
the east expansion. Therefore the bond amount for pond reclamation would have been
included in TR -84 when the East expansion was approved.
