Gravel Pit; DRMS File No. M-1977-365; Technical Revision No. 2; <br /> Adequacy Review No. 1 <br /> Dear Ms. Crawford, <br /> The Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received Technical Revision—2 <br /> (TR-02) for the above referenced site on August 24, 2016. The decision date for this Technical <br /> Revision is September 23, 2016. The Division has reviewed the proposed revision and has the <br /> following comments: <br /> 1. In the Inspection Report dated June 9, 2016 a problem was cited for not having an up to date <br /> Reclamation Plan Map. The Operator was to submit a copy of the Reclamation Plan Map <br /> with the Technical Revision. Please submit a Reclamation Plan Map with the following <br /> information: <br /> a. Show the name of the Operator <br /> b. Signed by registered land surveyor, professional engineer, or other qualified person <br /> c. Give date prepared <br /> d. Identify and label the permit boundary <br /> e. Map scale (acceptable range of map scales shall not be larger than 1 inch= 50 feet <br /> nor smaller than 1 inch= 660 feet. <br /> f. Map legend <br /> g. Map title <br /> h. North arrow <br /> i. Show the gradient of all reclaimed slopes (horizontal:vertical) <br /> j. State the average thickness of replaced overburden <br /> k. State the average thickness of replaced topsoil <br /> 2. The Mining Plan Map must include a labeled permit boundary which delineates the approved <br /> 4 acres of affected land. Please revise the Mining Plan Map accordingly. <br /> 3.
