This years Annual Reclamation Report indicates disturbed acreage approximately <br />40 acres less than last year. This is primarily due to the fact that the actual disturbance <br />associated with the coal refuse pile is 63.7 acres, and not the 137.3 acres reported in last years <br />Annual Reclamation Report. <br />
