Refuse Disposal Area (RDA) <br />2. Development Coal Waste Pile (DCWP), <br />3. Development Waste Disposal Area #2 (DWDA#2). <br /> <br />The (RDA) has three reclaimed benches with the upper most bech utilized for drying and compacting <br />pond and sump cleanings. Diversions route water to Ponds 004A and 007A. DWDA #2 is not reclaimed <br />and a plan for reclamation would constitute a beneficial undertaking as the pile is open to wind and water <br />erosion. <br />o Development waste areas at time of inspection appeared stable, with no signs of instability or <br />erosion on the slopes with the exception of DWDA #2, photo 11. <br />o The (DCWP) is reclaimed and appeared adequately vegetated at time of inspection. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
