The reclaimed road blended with the <br />surrounding topography and showed no evidence of instability or erosion at the time of the inspection. <br />REVEGETA TION —Rule 4.15 Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />X-2005-217-10 <br />The SS -5 pad was stable with good vegetation growth observed. No infestation of noxious or invasive vegetation <br />was observed on the reclaimed pad and no large bare areas were observed. The diversity and cover of vegetation <br />growth observed during the inspection is adequate to control erosion and provide competition for any noxious or <br />invasive vegetation species that may become established. <br />The SS -9 road was stable with good vegetation growth observed. No infestation of noxious or invasive vegetation <br />was observed on the reclaimed road, with the exception of sporadic patches of Canada thistle. Although thistle <br />species were observed, the amount of thistle did not contribute more than 3% of the entire disturbed area.
