On March 25 <br /> I sent you a letter asking Aka Energy Group to sign a damage reimbursement agreement to cover structures we believed that <br /> Aka owns within 200 feet of the mining permit area. In a conversation March 30 with your landman Gregg Wurtz,I was <br /> informed that Aka Energy has abandoned in place the two pipelines that it had previously operated in the permit area,and no <br /> longer operates any facilities within 200 feet of the permit areas.
