d2 CAD Consulting,LLC <br /> CCWRE <br /> RULE 6.4.4(D) —THE SIZE OF AREAS TO BE WORKED AT ANY ONE TIME. <br /> The areas to be worked at any one time were approximately as described in M2001-022. The only <br /> remaining mining is in Cell 4,comprising about 33.2 acres of which 11.8 acres remains to be mined. <br /> RULE 6.4.4(E) —AN APPROXIMATE TIMETABLE TO DESCRIBE THE MINING OPERATION. <br /> The remaining resource in Cell 4 will be mined out in approximately five years, depending on market <br /> conditions. Reclamation of Cell 4 is about 25% complete and proceeds concurrently with mining. <br /> Reclamation is estimated to be completed approximately two years after the cessation of mining. <br /> The processing area, batch plant and appurtenances, and Cells 1 and 2 will remain in operation in <br /> perpetuity using imported aggregates from the Walters/Bokelman Pit and other yet to be determined <br /> sources. <br /> RULE 6.4.4(F) —A MAP OF AFFECTED LANDS. <br /> The Affected Lands are shown on Exhibits C-1,C1.1,C-2,C-3,and C3.1. <br /> RULE 6.4.4(G) — IDENTIFY THE PRIMARY AND SECONDARY COMMODITIES TO BE <br /> MINED/EXTRACTED AND DESCRIBE THE INTENDED USE. <br /> The primary commodity to be extracted is the alluvial sand and gravel. It is processed on-site, mainly to <br /> produce concrete aggregates. Some off-site sales of sand and gravel may occur.
