A certified letter has been sent to <br />HGT requiring submittal of the 2015 AHR. HGT is required to submit the 2015 AHR within 45 days of <br />receipt of the certified letter on 8/12/2016. The AHR must be submitted to the Division no later than <br />September 26, 2016. <br />
