Everist, Inc. has filed an application amendment on their Reclamation <br /> Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under the provisions of the <br /> Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Act for the extraction of construction materials. <br /> The proposed mine is known as the Carbon Valley Resource and is located in parts <br /> of the NW1/, Section 6, T-2-N, R-67-W, 6th Principal Meridian, Firestone, Weld <br /> County, Colorado. <br /> The mining started in 2001 and the proposed date of completion is December <br /> 2036.
