<br />2 <br /> <br />many mining and related industries and provides a consistent repeatable means to calculate <br />acreages. <br />As each category was reviewed, a final acreage was determined by the team, and verified in <br />AutoCAD. The acres agreed upon are listed below presented by category. <br /> <br /> Disturbance Acres – A review of all data available for the disturbances acres <br />determined that the below acres are applicable for NH1 and NH2. This <br />information will be utilized to update Annual Reclamation Report form for 2015 <br />in response to 2014/2015 ARR adequacy comments. Further, the disturbance <br />acreage for NH1 will be utilized in the SL-20 bond release application. <br />o NH1 = 73.7 acres ( as seen on historic Annual Reclamation report forms <br />and M/DATA/ACAD/BOND/PHASE3-NH1/Tab22RELEASE.dwg) <br />o NH2 = 735.6 acres ( as seen on current permit maps showing disturbance <br />boundaries and verified with field surveying and observation) <br />o Total for NH1 and NH2 = 809.3 acres <br /> <br /> Permitted Acres – A review of all data available for the permitted acres <br />determined that the below acres are applicable for NH1 and NH2. This <br />information will be utilized in the DRMS reporting system. Elk Ridge will <br />review the permitted acres submitted under TR-73 for consistency with these <br />acreages, and may update the application form to document this accordingly. <br />Until a revision application can be submitted to revise these acres, the currently <br />permitted acres of 928.9 aces will continue to be used. <br />o NH1 = 98.6 acres (98.6 on M/DATA/ACAD/BOND/NH1PHS1.dwg) <br />o NH2 = 830.0 acres (as seen on current permit maps showing Permit <br />Boundaries) <br />o Total for NH1 and NH2 = 928.6 acres <br /> Bond Release Acres – A review of all data available for the all three phases of <br />bond release currently approved (through SL-17 not including SL-15) determined <br />that the below acres are applicable for NH1 and NH2. This information will be <br />utilized to update the Annual Reclamation Report form for 2015 in response to <br />2014/2015 ARR adequacy comments. <br />o NH1 <br /> Phase I = 285.3 acres <br /> Phase II = 204.7 acres <br /> Phase III = 204.7 acres <br />o NH2 <br /> Phase I = 582.9 acres <br /> Phase II = 316.6 acres <br /> Phase III = 16.6 acres <br />o Total for NH1 and NH2
