Clarify that the parcel in the southwest corner where the engineers stamp is also owned by <br /> Vanhoose,Donald&Eva L Trust.Or if owned by other label accordingly. (Map C-1) <br /> Map C-1 has been clarified to show the ownership of parcels to the southwest better. <br /> Vanhoose and 5-Mile Ranch are the owners extending in that direction. <br /> 5. Clarify who the owner of the easement is. (Map C-1) <br /> The easement lines as shown are those needed for the power lines. Xcel Energy is their owner. <br /> 6. Clarify who the owner is in the northeast corner where section 27 begins. It appears to be a <br /> different land owner.
