EXHIBIT C <br /> Rule 6.3.3 <br /> Mining Plan <br /> Hydrologic Balance—The proposed operation impacts on the hydrologic balance will be <br /> minimal. Groundwater will not be encountered. <br /> Off-site Damage—The boundaries of the site will be clearly marked to prevent off-site damage <br /> during the excavation activities. <br /> Stable Configuration—The surrounding slope gradient will be maintained as possible during the <br /> reclamation process, resulting in a stable configuration that will be suitable for the intended <br /> future use: rangeland. <br /> (m)On-Site Processing: <br /> There will be no on-site processing of the materials. <br /> (n) Commodities to be Extracted and their Use: <br /> The only commodity to be extracted at this site will be basalt rock. The rock will be used for <br /> construction purposes. <br /> (o) Incidental Products: <br /> No incidental products will be mined or produced from the site. <br /> (p) Explosives: <br /> No explosives will be used at the site. <br /> Response to History Colorado Comments <br /> Applicant has reviewed the comments submitted by History Colorado on July 29, 2016 in <br /> response to this permit application. Applicant recognizes that the Colorado Cultural Resource <br /> Inventory database indicated that no historic properties have been recorded within the subject <br /> property, but that there is the possibility that as yet unidentified cultural resources exist within <br /> the project area.
