Teller County understands that these updated containment controls increase the protective <br /> measures for the environment and understands that there is no change to the HGM footprint,no <br /> additional disturbance,all facilities remain inside the Amendment 10 boundary, and that there are <br /> no additional or new impacts to adjoining or adjacent property owners and that the activities and <br /> preventative measures proposed by TR#81 are within the scope of the current Amendment 10 to <br /> the approved Mine Development Plan(MDP).
