The purpose of this Bond Release Request is to release those lands that have met the
requirements of:
Rule 3.03.1(2)(b) - establishment of vegetation which supports the approved postmining
land use and which meets the approved success standard for cover;
Rule 3.03.1(5) - sedimentation control facilities determined to have vegetation coverage
adequate to control erosion and similar to the reclaimed area or surrounding undisturbed
area;
Rule 4.15.10(3) - vegetation requirements waived by landowner where pre and post
mining land use was industrial or commercial.
