Describe the method for seed bed preparation, and application method for grass/forb seeding: <br />The final surface of backfilled sites will be left in rough condition to hold seed and to optimize <br />germination. Drilling shall be conducted in such a way as to prevent cuttings and fluids from directly entering any dry or flowing <br />stream channel. Drill cuttings must be spread to a depth no greater than one-half (112) inch or buried in an approved <br />disposal pit; <br />
