In the pictures, there are no visible <br />signs of instability or issues with each of the piles. <br />South Taylor Pit. <br />HYDROLOGIC BALANCE -Rule 4.05 <br />Temporary spoil piles. <br />Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5, 4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; <br />Diversions 4.05.4; Effluent Limits 4.05.2; Ground Water Monitoring 4.05.13; Surface Water Monitoring 4.05.13; <br />Drainage ❑Acid and Toxic Materials 4.05.8; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer Zones 4.05.18: <br />Numerous ponds were inspected. Due to lack of visual references in the pictures, some of the ponds were not <br />identifiable. <br />The following ponds were inspected and were dry: Gossard Pond, Loop Pond, Stoker Pond and NTEP 1 Ponds. <br />The following ponds were inspected and contained water: Streeter, EP1,EP2, PD1, PD2, Section 16, Washbay, <br />Work Area, West Taylor and East Taylor Ponds. Due to the distance in the pictures, no determination of whether <br />ponds were discharging could be determined. <br />All ponds listed above were stable and no signs of issues were observed. <br />The following ditches were inspected: Gulch A, Prospect, East Pit, Final East Pit, Taylor Tributary and East <br />Taylor Ditches were inspected. Of the ditches inspected, no issues were observed. All ditches were armored with <br />rip rap along necessary sections of the ditches.
