The area devoid of weed fabric and tree seedlings in becoming infested by weedy species. SP,LLC needs to <br /> remove the loose fablic, evaluate if there are any surviving seedling and then seed the exclosure with permanent <br /> seed mix where the seedling have all died to reduce the weed invasion. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> Jerry Nettleton informed the inspector that SP,LLC is working with a consultant to determine the best <br /> approach to mitigating the South of Pond 6 slump. This slump is drying out and does not appear to have <br /> additional movement. At this time no damage was noted with Access road A or Pond 6 in relation to this slump. <br /> The small slump in the drainage south of 006-SEl drainage shows no new movement either. No new slumps or <br /> slides were observed. <br /> SUPPORT FACILITIES -Rule 4.04: <br /> Sub-station 34(on the north side of 006-NE drainage has fallen into disrepair. Warning signs are on the <br /> ground. The fence is falling apart and weeds are growing within the fence on the gravel area. If this substation is <br /> a permanent structure, it needs to be maintained.
