In addition, the following elements will be included in the first two annual inspections <br /> following certification of completion: <br /> 5. Sampling and photography of vegetative cover and constructed wetlands to <br /> document continued viability of the plant communities; and <br /> 6. Sampling of surface water in the Swan River at locations across from and <br /> downstream of the site as described in Section 9.6.7. <br /> If necessary, maintenance will be performed as soon as practical following the annual <br /> inspections. Maintenance will not be delayed any later than the end of the same <br /> construction season as the annual inspection where maintenance needs were noted. <br /> Anticipated maintenance requirements include weed control on the vegetative cover, <br /> minor repairs to the rock covers, and repairs to fencing and signage. <br /> 10.
