1. INTRODUCTION <br /> This document presents an application for the Colorado Voluntary Clean-up Program <br /> (VCUP)for the IXURoyal Tiger site in Summit County, Colorado. The application is <br /> submitted by Summit County Government on behalf of, and with the agreement of, the <br /> current property owner, B&B Mines, Inc. The subject property is currently under option <br /> for purchase by Summit County and the Town of Breckenridge(collectively as"Buyers"). <br /> Preparation, submittal,and approval of this application are one condition of the contract <br /> for purchase of the property by the Buyers. Performance of the work described in this <br /> application will be performed by the Buyers assuming the property transaction is <br /> completed and the Buyers assume ownership of the site. <br /> This application is organized in general conformance with outline presented in the VCUP <br /> Application Roadmap(CDPHE, 2001). The checklist presented in Appendix C of the <br /> VCUP Roadmap (CDPHE, 2001) is included in Section 2 of this application for ease of <br /> reference and review. <br /> 2.
