It is also understood that no additional lighting is associated with this amendment and that both <br /> the pipeline and the infiltration wells are solely accessed from internal mine roads and will have <br /> no impact on Teller County or State roads. <br /> 5. It is further understood that the pipeline will start at the mill and will cross completely lined <br /> areas of the AGVLF only and that no drainages will be impacted. <br /> 6. Staff understands that there will be no visual impact as a result of TR-79 as there are no <br /> residential properties that have a direct line of sight to the Substation. <br /> 7. Finally,Teller County understands that the warranty estimate will be updated for the installation <br /> and subsequent removal of the 4-inch HDPE pipeline.
