The decision date for
TR-80 is August 24, 2016. Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily address any
concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your responsibility to request
an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues that have not been adequately
addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no extension has been requested, the Division will
deny this Technical Revision (TR).

The following comments are based on the Division’s review of the request for TR-80:
1) Pipe Route and Figure 1. The text and Figure 1 discuss the temporary fresh water source
being the Altman Pump Station and a light blue line cite the Bull Hill Line and Pipeline
E are involved in the conveyance of fresh water from the Altman Pump Station. The
Division needs to clarify the portion of the proposed system which is both temporary
and not yet constructed. Mr. Erik Munroe was in the DRMS office this afternoon and
was able to help clarify what is temporary. Based on the discussion with Mr. Munroe,
the Division understands that the Light blue line shown in Figure 2 is the extent of the
proposed temporary fresh water pipe to be constructed. Please confirm the light blue
line on Figure represents the extent of the proposed temporary pipeline.
2) Figure 2. There is a thick black line and a dark blue line on Figure 2. Please indicate
what these lines represent (see image on page 2).
