The former <br />pad area had several trucks parked on it, the pad may need to be revegetated once the trucks have been removed. <br /> <br />WC005, the casing appears to have been removed and the corehole location was marked. Dense vegetation has <br />established on the pad. <br /> <br />WC003, the casing appears to have been removed and the corehole location was marked. Dense vegetation has <br />established on the pad. <br /> <br />WC008, the casing appears to have been removed and the corehole location was marked. Dense vegetation has <br />established on the pad. <br /> <br />WC011, Ms. Blomquist and I could not locate this pad. The vegetation around where the pad should have been <br />located is dense. The former corehole will need to be marked. <br /> <br />OTHER (SPECIFY): <br />Several maintenance items were noted in previous Division inspections. Below these maintenance items are cited <br />along with an update of their status: <br /> Please repair and stabilize the side cutting observed at the southwest end of the 6 MN diversion <br />ditch. <br />o This item has been addressed. <br /> Please make the necessary repairs and adjustments to the flume and weir at ponds F and G. <br />o The weir at Pond G has been repaired. Maintenance is still required at Pond F.
