The pond embankments were stable and vegetated. The primary and emergency <br />spillways were clear and functional. <br /> <br />GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE: <br /> The Foidel Creek School House was observed. This site was not disturbed. <br /> <br />Figure 2. Foidel Creek School House. <br /> <br /> <br />TC has completed mining in the western mining district. <br />TC is in the middle of a longwall move from the western mining district to the Wolf Creek Reserve. TC is <br />projecting to begin longwall mining in the WCR in September. Continuous miner operation are ongoing in the <br />WCR. <br /> <br />The Wolf Creek Reserve Coreholes were observed. Overall the primary issues that need to be addresse d are <br />several casings need to be cut off and removed and the corehole markers have been knocked down by cattle and <br />will need to be replaced. The following observations were made: <br /> <br />WC018/18R, the casings of these coreholes needs to be cut and removed. Once this is done the coreholes need to <br />be marked. The coreholes appeared to be sealed and the pad otherwise reclaimed. Perennial and annual <br />vegetation has begun to establish on the pad, TC may need to reseed that pad. <br /> <br />WC019, the casing of this corehole needs to be cut off and removed and the location of the corehole will need to
