The BLM's decision regarding the subject coal exploration project, which has been documented <br />in the aforementioned DR, may be appealed to the Interior Board of Land Appeals (IBLA), <br />Office of the Secretary, in accordance with the regulations at 43 CFR, Part 4 and the attached <br />BLM Form 1842-1. In order for an appeal of the decision to be taken, within 30 days from the <br />date that the DR was posted on the BLM Tres Rios Field Office NEPA Register internet website <br />(http://www.blm.gov/co/st/en/BLM_Information/nepa/TRFO_NEPA.html), a written notice of <br />appeal must be filed in accordance with the procedures described in 43 CFR, Part 4 and the BLM <br />Form 1842-1 at the office of the Authorized Officer for the decision, which is located at: <br />Bureau of Land Management <br />Colorado State Office <br />Attn: Division of Energy, Lands and Minerals <br />2850 Youngfeld Street <br />Lakewood, Colorado 80215 <br />Anyone wishing to file a petition for a stay as to the effectiveness of the decision during the time <br />that an appeal of the decision is being reviewed by the IBLA must submit a written petition for a <br />stay along with their notice of appeal. A copy of the notice of appeal and petition for a stay must <br />also be submitted to each party named in the DR and to the IBLA and to the appropriate Office <br />of the Solicitor at the same time the original documents are filed in the office of the Authorized <br />Officer.
