When CC&V/Newmont constructs their heap leach and processing facility adjacent to my
property, it will render the property useless—if they just do not steal it outright and build part of
their facility right on top of it. I secured a Registered Land Survey of the property in 1975, so I
know exactly where the boundaries of my property are located.
I am requesting an appeal be granted to halt construction of the CC&V/Newmont project that
will destroy land I have held and cherished for more than 41 years—at least until they can speak
to me like an actual adult American and offer me some compensation for my pending loss due to
their need to use it for their own purposes.
I can be contacted:
Randall Stewart
1278 Creek Haven Circle
Reno,NV 89509
775-772-8131; randallI 108gaol.com
I will be in the area surrounding Victor Gold Rush Days,July 13-16. 1 can be easily contacted
and am usually a reasonable human being—unless steamrolled. Please consider my request to
halt construction of the heap leach/processing facility until CC&V/Newmont can meet with me
to discuss some sort of reasonable solution.
Regards,
Zt7
Ran
Cc: Cripple Creek&Victor Mining Company,Attn: Meg Burt
