An operator assumes legal liability for all reasonable expenses which the <br />Board or the Office may incur to reclaim the affected lands associated with your mining <br />operation in the event your permit is revoked and financial warranty is forfeited. Meaning if <br />the currently held $36,650 is in-sufficient to cover the actual cost of reclaiming the site then <br />you will be responsible for the additional amount Per the Act and Rules. Additionally having <br />an operation in violation could potentially impact or jeopardize a permittee’s other <br />applications and / or operations in the future. <br /> <br />Please feel free to contact me with any further questions.
