NECC is committed to maintaining environmentally compliant properties <br />that can return to production when the market changes. <br />This is the first of what NECC believes will be three submittals. This one addressing the <br />adequacy letter from Leigh Simmons ; the second will address the third adequacy letter <br />and remaining issues except map updates, and the final submittal will update and correct <br />the facilities maps and any new issues that may arise.
