M-2006-034 <br /> Prepared: 22 March 2016 <br /> Submitted: 5 June 2016 <br /> Summary: <br /> T. D. Minerals Mining operated mechanized equipment on the Blue Streak No. 1 claim for <br /> six days in conjunction with Glacier Peak Mining, Quist Exploration, and American <br /> Dream Exploration. One prospect was prepared for excavation and opened. <br /> Map Depicting Operations: <br /> Attached is a map which shows the four claims covered under this mining permit. The 14 <br /> permitted excavation sites are labeled by letters A through N and are indicated by dashed <br /> lines, either rectangular or circular, on the map. An orange area within a permitted site <br /> indicates an open excavation where work will resume during next season. Only a small <br /> area at Site G is open. Green shaded areas are excavations that have been refilled, <br /> recontoured, and reseeded but have not reached 80 percent regrowth. Site D was reclaimed <br /> in 2012. Site L, M,N was reclaimed in 2014. Blue shaded areas indicate reclamation over <br /> 80 percent regrowth. Sites A, B, C, E, I, and J are considered to have 80 percent or better <br /> regrowth. <br /> Current Disturbances (2015): <br /> Dig Site G and a portion of Site H were prepared for excavation for a total of 0.2 acre. Top <br /> soil was removed and stored uphill. Berms were established below the cuts. <br /> Reclamation Accomplished to Date (Including 2015): <br /> A total of 2.76 acres has been disturbed and reclaimed since 2006. This does not include <br /> reclaimed access roads. The access road to Site D and Road B remain open. Others have <br /> been reclaimed. <br /> Reclamation Accomplished During 2015 <br /> No new reclamation was accomplished during 2015. Site L, Site M, and Site N were <br /> inspected. Regrowth is good. There are no problems with erosion. <br /> Trees and shrubs that have been previously planted show about an 85 percent survival rate. <br /> Grass is showing evenly across the reclaimed sites and coverage continues to improve. All <br />
