This area requires immediate maintenance, if NECC has not already performed it. <br /> <br /> <br />RECLAMATION SUCCESS - Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br />Other than the erosion issue with the bales on the north side (see Hydrologic Balance section), no erosion was seen <br />on the site. No large bare areas or weed patches were seen. <br /> <br />REVEGETATION – Rule 4.15 <br />Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br />The reference area has no problems in terms of erosion, large bare areas, or large weed patches. The cover is good <br />with a variety of species. There are several piles of cow dung on the site, but these appeared to be many weeks old; <br />most likely the cattle were on the area before the 2016 growing season. <br /> <br />The area near the lower part of the upgradient diversion ditch (which was disturbed by maintenance activity) has <br />been reclaimed, and vegetation is growing well. <br /> <br />The vegetation on the reclaimed site is growing well. <br /> <br /> <br />SIGNS AND MARKERS – Rule 4.02: <br />The disturbance boundary is in place at the reclamation site. Disturbance markers are in place for the reclaimed <br />area. No markers are at the reference area. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />ENFORCEMENT ACTIONS/COMPLIANCE <br /> <br />No enforcement actions were initiated as a result of this inspection, nor are any pending. <br />
