(1) General Requirements — All general requirements for light -use roads are discussed <br />starting on page 12 of Section 2.05.3 (3) the proposed PR -01. Description and designs <br />provided for each light -use road satisfy the requirements of this section. <br />(2) Location — Light -use roads have been designed and placed in areas that are of most <br />stability. As stated by NHN, no light -use road will not be located in the channel of any <br />major drainage unless specifically approved by the Division. <br />(3) Design and Construction — NHN light -use roads are to be constructed to follow <br />requirement criteria as per Rule 4.03.3. <br />(4) Drainage — Light -use roads are not to be constructed in any channel of a major drainage <br />unless approved by the Division. No applicable request has been made with PR -01. <br />(5) Surfacing — Surfacing discussion is included in the light -use road section beginning on <br />page 12 in Section 2.05.3(3). <br />(6) Maintenance - Maintenance discussion is included in the access road section beginning <br />on page 12 in Section 2.05.3(3). <br />(7) Reclamation — Reclamation discussion is included in the haul road section beginning on <br />Page 12 in Section 2.05.3(3). <br />All topics and discussions required under Rules 4.03.3 have been met in NH's PAP. I have no <br />adequacy questions regarding the above mentioned Rule. <br />This concludes my review of the above mentioned sections for the New Horizon North Mine's <br />PR -01.
