On Figure 2-1, it appears that there are two EMPs possibly associated with this drainage, EMP- 006 and EMP-011. Are these the only EMPs associated with this drainage? 4.4.3.1 Monitoring Program  Page 22: The text lists 3 surface water monitoring stations, AG-1.0, AG-1.5, and AG- 2.0. However, only two of these sites (AG-1.5 and AG-2.0) are shown on Figure 2-1. Please revise Figure 2-1 to show all monitoring stations discussed in this section. 4.4.4.1 Monitoring Program  Page 24: The text lists 7 groundwater monitoring wells, including ESPMW-1, CRMW-3A, CRMW-3B, CRMW-5A, CRMW-5B, CRMW-5C, and CRMW-5D, and refers to Figure 2-1. However, only three of these sites are shown on Figure 2-1 (ESPMW-1, CRMW-3A, and CRMW-3B). However, Figure 1-1 does not appear to show any EMPs associated with this drainage. If there are EMPs that exist in this drainage, please show their locations on Figure 1-1. 4.5.3.1 Monitoring Program  Page 27: The text lists 4 surface water monitoring locations, including CC-01, CC- 02, CC-03, and CC-04, and refers to Figure 2-1. However, Figure 2-1 does not show any of these sites. Please revise Figure 2-1 to include all monitoring sites discussed in this section. Figure 1 -1 shows five EMPs that appear to be associated with this drainage, including EMP-018, EMP-019, EMP-016, EMP-017, and EMP-020.
