Have you considered installing additional water monitoring stations and possibly an EMP in the area south of the soon to be expanded South Cresson pit? 3.1.2.1 Monitoring Program  Page 5: The text lists a total of 6 surface water monitoring stations, including T-1, T- 2, T-3, WCSW, BCSW, and WCSW-01. However, only stations T-2 and WCSW-01 are shown on Figure 2-1. It is the Division’s understanding that you intended to show the locations of only compliance monitoring sites on Figure 2-1. However, there is a discrepancy between the number of stations shown on Figure 2-1 and the number of compliance sites, which creates some uncertainty as to which sites listed throughout this evaluation you consider to be compliance sites. Please provide a list of all compliance surface water and groundwater monitoring sites, including the GPS coordinates for each location. Additionally, because you are providing data from other (non-compliance) monitoring sites, please show the locations of these sites either on Figure 2-1 (differentiating them from compliance sites) or on a separate figure. 3.1.3.1 Monitoring Program  Page 8: The text lists 3 groundwater monitoring wells, including WCMW-02, WCMW-03, and WCMW-06. However, only WCMW-03 and WCMW-06 are shown on Figure 2-1. Please revise Figure 2-1 to show locations of all monitoring sites discussed in this section. 3.1.4 Current Conditions  Page 10: The text states that the Vindicator Valley drainage is shown on Figure 1 -1. However, this drainage is not labeled on Figure 1-1. Please revise Figure 1-1 to label this drainage.  Page 11: The text indicates that multiple EMPs may exist for Vindicator Valley. However, Figure 1-1 appears to show only EMP-012. Is EMP-012 the only EMP associated with Vindicator Valley? 4 – Cripple Creek and Tributaries 4.1.1 Current Conditions  Page 14: The text states that the Poverty Gulch drainage is shown on Figure 1-1. However, this drainage is not labeled on Figure 1-1. Please revise Figure 1-1 to label this drainage.  Page 14: The text indicates that multiple EMPs exist for the Poverty Gulch drainage. Figure 1-1 appears to show EMP-009a, EMP-009b, EMP-009c, EMP-009d being associated with this drainage. Are there any other EMPs associated with this drainage (i.e., EMP-021, EMP-008a)? 4.1.4.1 Monitoring Program  Page 14: The text lists one groundwater monitoring well, PGMW-2. Is this well located outside of the AM-11 permit boundary? Please list all compliance
