Responses to Division of Mining Reclamation and Safety- Notice of Deficiencies Letter Dated May 16,
2016
By C.A. Braun—May 25, 2016
Comment 1 Supply-longitude and latitude coordinates for the individual prospecting locations.
Response:
The entire area shown on the map is the prospecting location with its center being at approximately 39'
47' 50" North and 105°31' 50" West. The map has been updated to include multiple possible specific
target areas that might be chosen for trenching and/or drilling. However, since the investigations must
be performed on a very tight budget, it is anticipated that a total of only seven (or less) of the individual
areas shown on the map will have any surface disturbing work performed. If the geophysical and
geologic surveys are positive, they will be followed up by trenching and if the trenches show positive
results, it might be followed by as many as four drill pads. A typical trench is anticipated to cover an
area of 100 square feet, thus seven trenches would use an area of 700 square feet.
The locations of the anticipated target locations are as follows:
39°48' 5" North, 105°31'45" West
39'48' 5" North, 105°31' 55" West
39°48' 0" North, 105' 31' 50" West
39'48' 0" North, 105'31'45" West
39'48' 0" North, 105°31' 35" West
39°47' 55" North, 105' 31' 60" West
39°48'0" North, 105°32' 0" West
39°47'45" North, 105'31'40" West
39°47' 50" North, 105°32'0" West
39'47'45" North, 105' 32'0"West
39°47'45" North, 105' 31' 55" West
39°47'45" North, 105' 31'40" West
39'47'40" North, 105° 31' 55" West
39'47'40" North, 105' 31'45" West
39°47'40" North, 105°31'40" West
39°47'45" North, 105' 31' 55" West
39°47' 45" North, 105' 31' 50" West
39'47'45" North, 105' 31'40" West
39'47'40" North, 105' 31' 55" West
39'47'40" North, 105° 31' 50" West
1
