Heating units shall be located so as not to heat or dry the concrete <br /> locally. Heaters shall be vented, if necessary, so that the concrete is <br /> not exposed to carbon dioxide. Open type or oil pot salamanders <br /> shall not be used. <br /> f Blanket or batt insulation shall be protected by a tough moisture <br /> proof cover from wind, rain or snow which will impair its insulating <br /> properties.
