COLORADO <br /> Division of Reclamation, <br /> Mining and Safety <br /> Department of Natural Resources <br /> 1313 Sherman Street, Room 215 <br /> Denver, CO 80203 <br /> May 16, 2016 <br /> Darrell Knudson <br /> Bonanza Land, LLC <br /> 12472 Circula Panorama <br /> Santa Ana, CA 92705 <br /> RE: Bonanza Land; DRMS File No. P-2016-008; Notice of Deficiencies <br /> Dear Mr. Knudson, <br /> On April 21, 2016, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety(Division) received the <br /> Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting (NOI) Application for the Bonanza Land prospect, File <br /> No. P-2016-008. The Application was filed for review on April 21, 2016. Our review indicates <br /> the Application contains deficiencies as defined by Rule 5.1.3 of the Mineral Rules and <br /> Regulations of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board for Hard Rock, Metal, and <br /> Designated Mining Operations. The Division requires the information described below before we <br /> can approve the NOI Application. <br /> 1. Please supply longitude and latitude coordinates for the individual prospecting locations. <br /> Alternately, GPS coordinates will be acceptable. The Division requires this information in <br /> order locate the prospecting sites for the purpose of conducting inspections. <br /> 2. The map which was submitted with the NOI Application depicts an exploration area that <br /> encompasses approximately 300 acres. The individual prospecting locations are not <br /> identified within the delineated exploration area. Please revise the map to show the locations <br /> of all proposed prospecting sites or activity areas involving surface disturbance. Activity <br /> areas include all drill holes, mud pits, excavations, trenches, adits, tunnels, rock dumps, <br /> stockpiles and prospecting roads. <br /> 3. The Applicant did not specify the proposed date of completion. The proposed date of <br /> completion is not an enforceable condition of the NOI. However, the Division requires this <br /> information to be provided in the NOI Application. Please respond. <br /> 4. The Applicant has specified that less than 1,000 tons of material will be extracted or moved. <br /> Please specify the volume of material to be moved in cubic yards and provide a breakdown <br /> of the volume of material to be extracted or moved for each of the proposed prospecting <br /> activities, i.e., cuts,pits, trenches, sampling of dumps.
