As per our original application submittal (January 20, 2016), we are proposing an <br /> amendment to our existing Reclamation plan that includes provisions for light industrial <br /> fabrication, storage, and specially permitted cultural events. <br /> In this packet, please find ec&d Reclamation Permit Application Package including a slightly <br /> revised copy of our application to alter the "post mining" reclamation plan of the limestone <br /> mine on our property at Deep Creek, a proposed change to the zoning to HC, and adjusted <br /> dates for reclamation (this application was first submitted January 20, 2016 but was deemed <br /> incomplete). In addition to prior submission already on file in your office, I have included the <br /> required photos showing the posted NOTICE at the entrance to the mine property and receipts <br /> for "Certified mail" sent to the San Miguel County Board of Commissioners in Telluride and the <br /> San Juan Basin Soil Conservation District in Norwood. Because of slight changes throughout the <br /> document (including an expanded window for the reclamation process and a change of zoning <br /> from F to HC), I am resubmitting the entire package. However, as this material represents <br /> basically updates and corrections to the original application made in late January, in which I <br /> included the requisite check for$827.00, I am not including any additional monies. <br /> All mining ceased on the property several years ago (around 1995).
