The information in this <br />section is up to date. <br />Rule 2.05.4 - Reclamation Plan <br />11. In the fall of 2015 Pond A and the associated ditches were backfilled and graded. Information <br />addressing the reclamation work in Section 4 of the permit was updated with Technical Revision <br />No. 19. TR -19 replaced the following pages, figures and exhibits; Volume 1 Pages: 4-57, 4-58i, <br />4-58i, 4-58vii, 4-58viii, 4-58x, Figure: 4.7-4 and Volume III: Exhibit 4.7-2(2015). The section is up <br />to date. <br />Rule 3.02.2 - Determination of Bond Amount <br />12. After review the Division has determined that the bond amount of $43,200.00 is enough to <br />ensure that reclamation can be completed by a third party contractor in the event of permit <br />revocation and bond forfeiture. The Division currently holds a Certificate of Deposit No. <br />0133666870 from Wells Fargo Bank West, N.A. The Reclamation Cost Estimate remains the same; <br />therefore, a new estimate was not calculated. <br />Rule 3.02.4 - Form. Conditions and Terms of Performance Bonds <br />13. Exhibit 2.11-1 of Section 2 contains the documentation for the current bond amount held by the <br />Division. The Current CD is Certificate of Deposit No. 0133666870 from Wells Fargo Bank West, <br />N.A. in the amount of $43,200.00. The information in this section is up to date. <br />Rule 3.03 - Release of Performance Bonds <br />14. Full Phase II Bond Release has been granted to the Coal Ridge Mine for the entire disturbed area. <br />This was approved through SL -02 on August 17, 2001. The mine site was reseeded in 1994. Coal <br />Ridge has met the minimum ten-year liability period for seeking a full Phase III Bond Release. <br />Please provide the Division with information discussing plans for the Coal Ridge Mine and the <br />potential timing for an application for Phase III Bond Release. <br />Rule 4.15 - Reveaetation <br />15. Revegetation information is locate in Section 4 of the permit. The information in Section 4 is up <br />to date. SL -02 granted full Phase II Bond Release of the entire disturbed area. During recent <br />inspections Diffuse Knapweed, Russian Knapweed and thistle were spotted. Some of the weeds <br />
