This is an SAE, and the runoff flows through straw bales <br /> that appear to be functional. No erosion was seen on the hill below the tank pad. <br /> There is an excavation below Pond 001A where a fire hydrant exists. It is unclear if this hole serves a purpose or <br /> if it should be filled. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> Buffer zone markers have been added by NECC near Pond 007A and by culvert C13. Signs were seen at <br /> entrances: the main entrance and the entrance to the RDA.
