2.05.6(6) <br />overflowing. The spring associated with water right 87 has an average and <br />maximum flow of 3.3 and 18.8 gallons per minute respectively. The spring <br />associated with water right 92 has an average and maximum flow of 3.5 and <br />22.2 gallons per minute respectively. Water rights 84 and 93 have not been <br />located or field verified. Water right 96 has been monitored once. One of <br />the flat tanks was full, the second tank was empty and the pond was dry. <br />Water right 97 has been monitored once and the pond was dry. <br />The USDA -FS has two decreed water rights located east and west of Terror <br />Creek and north of the permit boundary that have been monitored. The spring associated with water right 83 has an average <br />and maximum flow of 0.09 and 0.50 gallons per minute respectively. The <br />Operator considers the pond associated with water right 76 to be a good <br />pond because it contains water in the spring and summer under normal <br />weather conditions. <br />The USDA -FS has five ponds with decreed water rights located west of <br />Terror Creek and north of the permit boundary. They all have the same <br />adjudication date and decree amount, 8/24/92 and 0.1 AF respectively. They <br />are known as E Terror 9, 10, 12, 13 and 23. One of its ponds in this area <br />named Monte is not decreed. <br />Additionally, high value springs have been identified on USDA -FS managed <br />land within the permit boundary.
