Apri120,2016 C-1994-082/Yoast Mine JHB <br /> Pond 14 was discharging. Effluent was clear. The drainage channel is still snow covered. Flume was not <br /> accessed. <br /> Pond 13 was discharging, 0.3 on the staff gauge on the pond 13 flume. No problems were noted with this pond. <br /> Effluent was clear. <br /> Pond 12 was discharging, and the reset flume appears to still be level. Discharge measured 0.2 on the staff gauge. <br /> Effluent was clear. No problems were noted with this pond. Two ducks were dabbling in pond 12. <br /> Drainages YPM-4,YPM-17, and Diversion 13A were flowing well without indications of breaches of pooling. <br /> YPM-3-2A and YPM-3-2 appeared to be flowing unimpeded. <br /> YPM 6-3 was flowing freely with no breaching or pooling. A very small slump(-12 feet wide at head scarp)has <br /> occurred just east of pond 12, in a shrub planting area. This slump is very small and has not moved into any <br /> drainages. SP, LLC should monitor this feature and assure that it does not become infested with noxious weeds. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4) <br /> Surfacing and Maintenance4.03.1(5) and(6)/4.03.2(5) and(6) <br /> The main access road was impassible due to the snow melt, and heavy rains the night before the <br /> inspection. <br /> The mine road was not traversed. Access to the site was from Routt County Road No. 37. <br /> REVEGETATION—Rule 4.15 <br /> Vegetative Cover; Timing: <br /> The mine site is still covered with snow but the snow pack is melting off quickly. Vegetation is beginning <br /> to green up at the lower elevations. <br /> SLIDES and DAMAGE -Rule 4.12: <br /> The previously identified slides and slide repair areas do not show signs of new movement.
