This property located in Section 35 was previously owned by the <br /> Siegrist family through various entities. It was purchased by Carma Bayshore LLC in <br /> 2006. It has remained owned in that entity without any subsequent change of title <br /> since 2006. Carma Bayshore did change its name to Barefoot LLC. As confirmation, <br /> please see the following: <br /> a. Deed from Siegrist to Carma Bayshore — recorded January 12, 2006 as <br /> referenced in the attached Deed; <br /> b. Name Change from Carma Bayshore to Bayshore and ultimately to <br /> Barefoot LLC. Please see the attached Statement of Authority and Affidavit <br /> Regarding Name Change recorded December 1, 2014. <br /> 2. Tract R (formerly Tract P). This property was acquired pursuant to that same Deed <br /> from Siegrist in January of 2006, as well as the eastern portion acquired in March of <br /> 2006 from Hamlin. Carma Bayshore subsequently contributed that property into the <br /> newly formed St. Vrain Lakes Metropolitan District No. 1 as part of its financing and <br /> construction plans for the overall project. Please consider the following attached <br /> documents: <br /> a. Deed from Siegrist to Carma Bayshore. See comments above. <br /> b. Deed from Hamlin to Carma Bayshore. This conveys part of the Northwest <br /> Quarter of Section 36 which contains the eastern portion of what is now Tract <br /> R. <br /> c. Deed from Carma Bayshore to St. Vrain Lakes Metropolitan District No. <br /> 1. Please find attached a Correction Special Warranty Deed confirming the <br /> conveyance of Tract P, St. Vrain Lakes Filing No. 1 (now known as Tract R, <br /> Barefoot Lakes Filing No. 1) from Carma Bayshore LLC to St. Vrain <br /> Metropolitan District No. 1. <br /> As of today, all of the property that is the subject of the permit is under the control of the <br /> Barefoot project. Although the title history can be a bit confusing, I am hopeful that this <br /> information helps clarify the current ownership and confirm that the operator under the <br /> permit remains unchanged from the initial application. <br /> Confirmation of No Structures. Based upon a site visit and survey evaluation, we can <br /> confirm that there have been no new structures constructed within 200-feet from the slurry <br /> wall project. <br />
