I have been asked to address two issues <br /> raised in relation to the slurry wall project at the site. First, I will address <br /> confirmation of ownership of the property where the slurry wall is located. Second, <br /> SPECIAL COUNSEL I will confirm that there have been no new structures installed within 200 feet of <br /> Wallace H.Grant the slur wall site since the Jul 19, 2011 inspection. <br /> Suzan D.Fritchel slurry y p <br /> Eve I.Canfield <br /> SENIOR COUNSEL Property Ownership. The slurry wall project is located in the Barefoot Lakes <br /> Richard N.Lyons,II subdivision and is under the common control of the developer, Barefoot LLC. This <br /> property was originally platted as St. Vrain Lakes Filing No. 1. It was recently <br /> Daniel F.Bernard re platted as Barefoot Lakes Filing No. 1. There are two parcels that comprise the <br /> (1942-2011) p g p p <br /> land involved in the slurry wall project. Those are as follows: <br /> Lot 1, Block 14, Barefoot Lakes Filing No. 1 —titled in the name of Barefoot <br /> LLC; and <br /> Tract R, Barefoot Lakes Filing No. 1 —titled in the name of St. Vrain Lakes <br /> Metropolitan District No. 1 <br /> Barefoot LLC remains the operator under the Permit and both entities are <br /> affiliated.
