Danny Tripp noted that the pond was up <br /> approximately 2.5 feet due to the 2"of precipitation at the mine site. The pond was stable with no problems noted <br /> at the time of the inspection. <br /> Evidence of sheet flow with slight rills were observed throughout the area due to the precipitation event. No large <br /> erosional features were noted and the site was stable at the time of the inspection. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3)Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4)Surfacing and Maintenance <br /> 4.03.1(5) and(6)/4.03.2(5) and(6)Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> Roads throughout the site were wet and muddy at the time of the inspection. No evidence of recent activity on the <br /> roads were observed due to the wet conditions. The roads were stable and displayed good run-off at the time of <br /> the inspection. <br /> SIGNS AND MARKERS—Rule 4.02: <br /> Signs and markers were in place as permitted throughout the site. Wooden stakes with ribbon were observed <br /> delineating the revised permit boundary based on the approval of TR-42.
