Little Turkey Creek Road is a private road, but it IS maintained by owners within Eagles Nest. The <br /> road will traverse right through the middle of the quarry operations area. Why was the road not mentioned <br /> as a permanent structure within 200 feet of the quarry operations? Why was no attempt made by Transit <br /> Mix to discuss possible damage to the road by quarryoperations(such as blasting and rockslides). <br /> Exhibit T T-14 55.
