Trapper Mine; TR 115
Page 2
(f) Map 1 of Appendix W depicts all of the parcels that have been planted previously at the site. Each
parcel identifies the acres and the year they were seeded.
2.04.13 (2):
The report identified that improvements and repairs were conducted on reconstructed drainages in
Section 3. No new drainages were constructed in 2015. Drainage repairs or improvements were
completely on approximately 3,222 linear ft in 2015.
Table 5-1 provided location of each of the topsoil stockpiles and the amount of topsoil stored in
each pile. These topsoil stockpiles are depicted on Map M1 in Appendix W. Stock tanks and dozer
basins were updated through 2015.
In accordance with section 3.6.3.5 of Trapper's permit, they are required to provide the Division
with the proposed species list to be used each year. It appears the number of species for each life
form and the amount of seeds to be used is in accordance with Trapper's approved seed mixtures.
During 2015, Trapper received no bond release approvals.
TRI 16 Adequacy items coincide with inconsistencies found between information provided in TRI 16 and
TRI 15. The relevant items to TRI 16 are as follows:
The topsoil stripping areas shown in TRI 16 do not coincide with the areas presented in TR115 as
stated in the TR115 adequacy review. Please resolve this inconsistency with the most accurate
information. Please update report tables as needed.
Please review the topsoil stripping plan and replacement plan and reconcile it with what
has occurred to date and what Trapper plans in 2016.
If you have any questions feel free to contact me at (303) 866-3567, extension 8147.
Sincerely,
Tabetha Lynch
Environmental Protection Specialist
Enclosure: 1.)
