Box 187 Craig, CO 81626 RE: Trapper Mining, Inc., Permit C-1981-010 DRMS Adequacy Review of TR 116 2015 Annual Reclamation Report Dear Mr. Roberts: The Division has completed its preliminary review of TR 116, the 2015 Annual Reclamation Report for Trapper Mine submitted as a revision to Appendix W of the permit. The revision was received on March 11, 2016. The report contains all the information required by Rule 2.04.13(1) and (2): Adequacy issues are bulleted in bold below. 2.04.13(1) (a) The name and address of the permittee is provided. (b) The location and number of acres disturbed during 2015 are discussed in Section 1.2.1 in Appendix W. Trapper created 8.8 acres of new disturbance in the L -Pit area. No previously reclaimed lands were reported to have been disturbed in 2015. (c) The location and number of acres backfilled and graded during 2015 are discussed in Section 1.2.2 and depicted on Map 1 of Appendix W. Trapper backfilled and graded approximately 26.9 acres of land in 2015. These parcels are located in the K and Z Pit areas. (d) The location and the number of acres topsoiled during 2015 is discussed in section 1.2.3 and depicted on Map 1 of Appendix W. (e) Trapper seeded 26.9 acres of land in 2015. The location and the number of acres seeded during 2015 is discussed in section 1.2.4 and depicted on Map 1 of Appendix W. Trapper included a packing slip from Stevenson Intermountain Seed, Inc. in Section 7 of Appendix W for the seeds used for reclamation.
