Both ponds were dry and there were no signs of emergent weeds. The material on top of the 11 West <br /> Valley Fill had been compacted,but not yet tested for compaction. <br /> ROADS—Rule 4.03 <br /> Construction 4.03.1(3)/4.03.2(3); Drainage 4.03.1(4)/4.03.2(4); Surfacing and Maintenance 4.03.1(5)and <br /> (6)/4.03.2(5) and(6);Reclamation 4.03.1(7)/4.03.2(7): <br /> At the mine site gravel had been used to improve the surface of the main haul road. <br /> Hubbard Creek Road was blocked at the time of the inspection. Work was in progress,presumably by <br /> Delta County,who own the road,to repair the damaged bridge. <br /> RECLAMATION SUCCESS -Rule 4.15, Rule 3: <br /> The conveyor was being dismantled with cranes at the time of the inspection, and transported off site by <br /> trucks.
